How to handle exception in Orchestration

in Design Tools & Output Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I have an Orchestrator in JDE TR 9.2.7.6, I want to handle the exception and add a rule with True or Flase, if True, I'll send an error message to the user via Message Service. Here are some print screen, let me know if need more detail. The inputFileName = Engie-JDE-Import-CAN_MA in my case is not existing on the folder ..//Fiances/engie/Inbound/DV/. If the file doesn't exist on the folder, I need to send an email to the user to let him know the problem, ex.. File dans not exist.
