PeopleSoft fluid expenses

Hi,

We are in the process of implementing Fluid Expenses as part of our upgrade from Image 31 to Image 54. As part of the testing, we configured proxy access through Employee Self Service. However, when logging in as a proxy and navigating to “My Expense Reports,” the proxy user is not able to view all of the employee’s historical expenses.

Specifically, any expenses that were submitted and approved prior to the Image 54 upgrade are not visible to the proxy. For example, expenses from January 2025 are not appearing. The “My Expense History” page is enabled, and the number of months is set to 120.
