How to create task in WMS Control board for Receiving transaction

Oracle Applications : 12.2.7. We need to manage inbound tasks via WMS Control board. We use ASNs for receiving and need to assign inbound tasks to different warehouse keepers for receiving transaction creation. So we need to create WMS tasks against ASN for receiving (before receiving transaction has occurred). Is it possible to configure system for this business requirements?
