I have an OEM version 13C Release 5 update 31 running on RH9.

The document Critical Security Patch Update (CSPU) Program June 2026 Patch Availability Document (EM-only) CPU175 lists two patches for the OMS:

My question is which one should I apply? In the description of the patches in this document, the CPU175, there is a description of the 39521155 Holistic Patch but what about the other, 39322958?
