We are getting an error when trying to update BOM Routings using API

in Inventory Items (APC/PLM/PIM) - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

You cannot update or delete the operation resources when there is no operation sequence num XX. There is an operation Sequence number xx and it's valid but will not update. The only thing we can see that is different about that resource line is it has a Change_Notice associated with it but why would that have any effect on updating the BOM Routing Resource rate.

Please advise how we can troubleshoot the issue with this error.
