Will auto pick confirm work for lot items sales order shipping?

1 SO with one lot and one non lot item in.  Released using release rule with auto pick confirm as yes. After pick release , the non-lot item was auto pick confirmed and staged. The lot item was without any reservation; it got released to warehouse and WMS task was created.Can we auto pick confirm the lot item also ?

Please guide on this ?
