Hit error when approving GL Journal after upgraded from 12.2.7 to 12.2.14

We had a lift and shift project of which the team has successfully upgraded from 12.2.7 to 12.2.14 in production but user hit error below when approving the GL journal.

Any ideas what is causing this. Appreciate anyone that could assist. Thank you so much.
