FTE from HR Job Data Segmentation Triggers

The FTE field selection on the JOB Segmentation Trigger is not generating in the GP_TRIGGER_SEG page unless there is a change to the previous HR Job Data rows' FTE. What is needed to generate the FTE in the Segmentation Triggers each time there is an update to the HR Job Data even if the FTE has not changed on the previous row?

The JOB Triggers are set up the exact same for Segmentation, Retro, and Iterative with a Field Name of FTE and a Trigger Event ID of JOB. All other Triggers are working as expected.
