Application report Performance Issue post migrating observed Performance issue standard Reports JDE

We have recently migrated our Non Prod Exadata from X8 to X11 on OCI Cloud using Exadata Oracle migration tool. Post migration we observed performance degraded for standard reports within JD Edwards Application layer and taking more than double time to process. Once we go back to X8 observed better performance. Please find the details.

Exadata - X8,X11 with Linux 8.X OS

Database- 19C - 19.30

Application - JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

Tool Release - 9.2.4.3 - 32-Bit

Linux - 7.4

We have tried multiple options. Need your help to resolve this issue,
