odacli update-servercomponents -v 19.30.0.0.0 failed with package kernel-uek-core is not installed

Hi, at the moment i stuck at the point odacli update-servercomponents -v 19.30.0.0.0 (oda is on 19.26) which failed with the following error:

[Applying OS Patches] - error is package kernel-uek-core is not installed

[Applying OS Patches] - stopCrs: Command return value

I have executed rpm -e kernel-uek-5.4.17-2136.335.4.el8uek.x86_64 as part of preparatory work. (according to ODA : Removing Old Kernel to Reclaim Disk Space on mount point: /boot "/boot is (XX%)" KB207120)

I haven't had any problems with rpm -e so far.

Shame on me i have no valid odabr snap

But It actually looks like this package (and possibly some other kernel packages) is missing
