ASAP - Error QuickPay APP PAY 06153 QP_SET_BUT1.SET_BUTTONS Step 1

Hi;

I am currently facing the following issue when attempting to process QuickPay for a specific employee:

Error:
APP-PAY-06153: System Error: Procedure QP_SET_BUT1.SET_BUTTONS at Step 1

This issue occurs only for one employee.

We have already re-applied patch 21314807:R12.PER.B, however the problem still persists.

Could you please assist in identifying the root cause and provide guidance to resolve this issue? We need to complete the employee payment process as soon as possible.

If additional information is required (logs, trace files, or screenshots), please let me know.
