Warehouse - USING EDI R47071/F47071/F47072

When I run R47071, does it automatically insert tables F46L10, F46L11, F46L12, and the request table F4600 and suggestion table F4611?

Do I need to configure any POs for R47071 and P4312? Which fields are required in F47072?

Is there a guide or manual on this?
