PeopleSoft HCM - PUM 54 Tools 8.61.09 - Non Federal / Position Update of Incumbent Job Records

We recently installed HCM PUM 54 on Tools 8.61.09.

We have noticed that Multiple Position Changes (Multiple Seq rows) on a given Effective Date. The Incumbent Job record is collapsing the Position Updates to a single Effective dated row where the Job Action (POS) / Reason (Reports to Change, Dept Change, Location Change, etc..) granularity is not being reflected.
When reviewing the release notes for PUM 54 we noticed a Bug / Fix:

Added a position Effective Sequence field in PAR, which enables the user to select the Fluid position effective sequence row that contains the data that should appear in the person's PAR data.
