OPC Measures: Manage Services Portfolio / Strategies job

in Oracle Primavera Cloud (MOSC) Question

We do not have the Portfolio license, but there is a Portfolio / Strategies Measures job that runs daily.

I have another account that has Portfolio, but the Summary & Settings for Portfolio does not have Measures.

Where is this job originating from and is there a way to disable it?
