We have a problem with inventory items unable to deactivate due to very old transactions being stuck, old physical inventory adjustments are stuck in pending approval status, on the UI the fields are protected and cannot inactivate item pending physical inventory adjustment. Oracle is providing patch 5531466. I looked at the readme file for the patch but it is several versions of oracle old. Is this regular practice? I have oracle 12.2.14 and the patch was created for oracle 11i back in 2007. I don't want to apply a patch that may not work for my application. Thanks
