With EMCC RU09 support for ATP-S as OMR Database, would the same work for OMR on AWS RDS Oracle ?

i have a question with regards to this feature release in RU09. "ATP-S as the OMR Database"i can see that there is an advanced mode for installing/configuring the OMR , and it has now support for ATP-S.We have been trying to get OMR to run on AWS RDS Oracle, and the limitation has been that we can't log in as sysdba on AWS RDS Oracle, but AWS creates a Master user, so maybe now it is possible with this new installation procedure to install the OMR on AWS RDS Oracle without requiring sysdba.Any insights would be appreciated, so that we
