Capital Expenditures Budget process in ERP

Hi,

We are using the application version 12.2.10 and DB is 19c. Currently we are doing the capital expenditure budget for all the units and department wise by manually. As per our auditor advise we need to implement the same in the ERP application. Please help us how to implement the capital expenditure budget in erp and we need to track the expenses through requisition,PO to AP,FA and GL.
