Alternative to JDE Data Selection import mass utility

Good day!

As I understand that there has been a web-browser based extension (add-on) for both Chrome and IE available which would allow users to import a larger list of values to the Data Selection. It seems that for Organisation having IE (Edge) as the supported browser, this add-on is starting to have issues with the recent browser updates and has become non-functioning.

Considering that the existing Enhancement Request Bug 10993620 IMPORT EXCEL INTO DATA SELECTION LIST OF VALUES continues to be dormant, is anyone aware of any other utilities available in the market or potential workaround?
