Intransit Report output is saving as FNDWRR.txt whereas for Excel files it is saving Intransit.xls

In R12 after upgrade from 11i,

We have observed an issue in Oracle EBS R12 related to report output file naming.

When the report output format is RTF, the generated output is being downloaded/saved with the generic filename FNDWRR.txt instead of the expected report name (report name: Intransit Value report)

However, when the same report is generated in Excel format, the output file is correctly named as Intransit_value_report.xls

Could you please clarify:
