CWB - Oracle Reference # - How to get additional details

Hi folks,

Since Oracle started mandating the Monthly patches that includes the CWBs, I am trying to review the related CWB items for my organizational impact. There are a number of items that don't have good description about the fix. I tried to look up in MOS with the Oracle Ref # value, but the listing that shows again doesn't have much details, it's the same few words about the fix. Has anyone encountered this issue, how to get the full issue background of the fix. Thanks for your help.
