Tax , Geography Name and Geography Type not getting displayed when trying to setup tax jurisdictions

Hi,

When I try to setup tax jurisdiction, the LOV for tax, geography name and geography type do not fetch any value.

I have setup taxes.

Please let me know what could be the probable reason for this issue and the solution to resolve the same.
