ODA Prepatch reports DCS-10315 - KB867473 must be applied to a Oracle Single Instance Databases

Dear ODA experts:

I am updating a set of Oracle Single Databases in an ODAX8 in a customer installation. The ODA Software and GI update to 19.31 was successfully implemented. After that I create a new 19.31 DB OH to update the customer database from 19.29 to 19.31.

The prepatch report showed for all databases the following error:
