E1 41 Is it possible to use the R41500 without running the As Of process F41112

Hi All

We want to implement the Inventory to G/L Reconciliation Process (P41500/R41500/R41501).

Currently we are not running the As Of processing R41542/R41548.

I want to know if is it possible to implement the Reconciliation process R41500/P41500 without being working with the As of processing, is there any negative impact.

As per documentation the R41500 includes the posting code in data selection, what could be the correct data selection in the R41500 if we are not running the As Of processing.

Currently we are creating inventory , manufacturing, procurement and sales order transactions.
