Oracle Apex attachment to be uploaded in UCM

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have a requirement to upload an attachment in UCM via Oracle Apex then to GL with UCM Doc ID, i tried with soap but due to size restricition i am unable to achieve that.Is this a possible approach of trying it with UCM?
