Delivered Paysheet Load Failed with ORA-00001 on PS_PAY_PAGE When Page 0 Already Existed

Hello all!

We are looking for guidance on a paysheet load issue.

The paysheet load failed with the following error:

Application Program FailedIn Pgm Section  : INSERT-PAY-PAGEWith Return Code: 00805Error Message   : ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PAY_PAGE) violatedPAGE_NUM=0, LINE_NUM=40, EMPLID=XXXXXX, EMPL_RCD=1

After reviewing the data, we found that PS_PAY_PAGE already contained a row for the same Company / Pay Group / Pay End Date / Off Cycle / Page Number:

Company: JSRPay Group: BW3Pay End Date: 07/09/2026Off Cycle: NPage Num: 0Confirmed: NPay Sheet Source: S - Regular Paysheet

However - there were no related rows for that same page in:
