Guam SWICA File Specifications Requirements in Excel Format?

Hi MOSC Community,

We are on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 and will soon be processing Guam payrolls. Currently Oracle does not support the required SWICA file requirements/reporting. The Guam Tax Authority only offers the file spec requirements in a PDF document. Does anyone happen to have these file spec requirements in and Excel format? It sure would be helpful for myself and our development team.
