FRM-40212: Invalid value for field LOCATION_CODE

I have an issue when creating a new lease as when choosing the term template from payments tab and save my work an error raised "FRM-40212: Invalid value for field LOCATION_CODE"

So how to solve this issue as i can't complete the lease creation process ?
