BAT cannot be validated

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear All

I have issue on Bank Account Transfer cannot be validated with error message:

  1. Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account.
  2. The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.
  3. The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.
  4. Intercompany balancing was unable to generate the intercompany account.
  5. The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid.
  6. The Intercompany account generated by the Intercompany Balancing Rules is invalid

This is the first time BAT created after go live. We have Test instance before go live and I have been made sure that the prod instance has the same setup with Test instance but still in instance prod we have those error. I have been through communities and Knowledges and tried to do the setup step but still error. Anyone please help to solved the issue. Thank you
