Requirement to add manual requests in cycle count via concurrent program

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

inHi All, we have a requirement to create a new program wherein the manual requests needed to be created against the other items with onhand of the locators that has been considered under Automatic schedule request. Just wanted to see if anyone has worked on a related requirement, as Oracle mentioned that it is not suggested to add manual requests via back-end, and they don't have an API/interface to insert data into the table as well.
