EBS upgrade 12.2.10 to 12.2.15 - any AR report that is run with a 'RX-only:" sub request no output

We recently upgraded from 12.2.10 to 12.2.15 after the upgrade any AR report that is run with a 'RX-only:" sub request will NOT output to a printer. The workaround is to Republish/Reprint.
