UDR Column Naming Inconsistency Between DEV and STAGE After Upgrade

While creating a UDR, when we drag and drop a column from the available columns list, the Data Element Name and Data Heading Name are automatically populated.
In the DEV environment, if a column has an alias defined in the Data View , the alias is used as the Data Element Name and Data Heading Name. If no alias exists, the system uses the original element label.
However, in the STAGE environment, the system always uses the original element label, even when an alias is available in the Data View.
This difference in behavior was noticed after our recent upgrade to version 26.4.0.2. Since then, DEV and STAGE are behaving differently for the same functionality.
