P4210 intermittent didn't display P42232

Hi,

We face issue today, The end user works with the P4210 app, works and completes it as usual, but this time, only for a group of users, meaning not all users, when he presses the OK button, it does not load the P42232 application, it displays a blank screen

Then it seems to have resolved itself, meaning the user could continue. It seems to be intermittent, or maybe it's something functional, or perhaps it's a "next number" issue? p4210 PO?… I'm not really sure...
