How to Set up Documents of Recods

Hi,

Where can I get a document that has a step by step guide on how to set up Documents of Records.

I have tried About Oracle EBS HRMS Documents of Record (DOR) (Doc ID 2817584.2).

It does provide some information but I am still a bit stuck particulary regarding the Document type. The LOV on Document Type does not have values. Even when I tyr to register Register Document Types (EIT) concurrent, the Love on the concurrent is also has no values.
