Rolling upgrade from Oracle 19c to 26ai with multiple physical standby databases

We are looking to upgrade from 19c to 26ai. Ideally we want to upgrade the standby databases, leaving the primary on 19c until the last minute. For example, we have one primary and three standby DBs. We want to upgrade one standby and perform some tests. Then upgrade the other two standby DBs and switch primary to a 26ai standby. We then run this config for a short period to make sure everything is working on 26ai, after which, we upgrade the final 19c (original primary).
