EncryptionUpgrade failed with Authentication error

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

Updating Siebel from 24.7 to 26.6 and while running EncryptionUpgrade exe with .ini and SADMIN password, it failed with Authentication error. The Siebel SES internal and Gateway services are up and running before the execution.
