P3210 is not triggered from P4210 form request process an APP stack exception getting.

Created a Form request by recording the process of P4210. While entering the configurator item in detail grid, automatically the P3210 triggers for some reason in ORCH while testing this scenario the P3210 is not getting triggered does anybody aware of the issue and does AIS has limitations calling Row Exit & Changed Aynsh event because from here the P3210 get's called by pressing Kit & Configurator button event. The App stack exception says the P3210 is expected but coming P4210 only. So not sure even if it triggers are not.
