ATTENTION. SCZ10.0.p8.LI has number of max-signaling-packets reduced

in Acme Packet (MOSC) 2 comments

Hello.

We noticed a warning message in SBC after upgrade from SCZ10.0p2.LI to SCZ10.0p8.LI :

WARNING: media-manager max-signaling-packets configured value 10000 is beyond platform Maximum Signaling rate limit 9000

Our current core assignments are : S-S-S-F-F-F-F-D-X-X-X-X. Thus, three S-cores are no longer enough to process 10000 packets. Because 10.0p8.LI has some bug that impacts TLS operation, we had to perform a downgrade back to 10.0p2.LI and that also resolved the max-sig-packets issue. I strongly recommend you to avoid p8.
