JE Web ADI uploaded show document creator name not the uploader name

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

We did notice one thing that is a bit concerning. When any user downloads a new template from Oracle, if they save it with no information and another user opens the file and enters a JE, the template will upload into Oracle with the user ID of the person who downloaded the file. It does not prompt for login credentials.

How can we address this?
