Why does JDE display updated data on screen P42050?

I am experiencing an issue with screen P42050 where fields such as last invoice date, last payment date, and year-to-date invoiced amount (among others) are not updating.
For example, the latest data shown is from 2022, even though there are invoices with current dates (2026); the failure to update this information impacts credit analysis.

I found some guidelines on Oracle Support regarding how to "fix" this using P03B08 and by running reports R03B163 and R03B16A, as well as applying specific ESUs. However, the problem persists.
I would like some assistance on how to resolve this.
