How to re-open the closed job card in oracle apps R12.2.10

Hi All,

Once we Closed the Job Card ( Work Order ) , its not allow us to open it again .

When we tried to Open the Job card the status of Work order is coming back to 'Complete".

After Change Status to 'Complete " its won’t allow use to change any more status like “Release” or “Draft”.

We Don’t have any AME approval process for this Unit , its directly approved after create .

Is there any way we can change the status to add operation or add Item .

Please help me, Thanks in advance.
