Is OAS 7.6 compatible with weblogic 14c

in BI Publisher (MOSC) Question

We currently have this installed:
oa_platform=7.6.0.0.0-20240308132838.413
WebLogic_Server_for_FMW=12.2.1.4.0-190912.1920.645

Is it possible to install Weblogic 14c with OAS 7.6 or would we need a new version of OAS? Trying to find installation options but haven't had any luck searching the site.
