EBS 12.2.14 - element entry for hourly element - rate override
Hello - I need to use an hourly element, that has the Rate input value, and override the employee's actual rate. Example. hourly rate is normally 19 per hour. but now I want to pay only this one element at 22 an hour. I enter 22 in the Rate input value, but the quickpay does not calculate the amount I am expecting…. using the 22 per hour. it pays using the 19 per hour. Have not found anything related to this issue.
This seems to only happen on our Overtime elements, not Regular pay
