How to successfully complete this upgrade activity from Oracle EBS 12.2.7 to 12.2.15 keeping all the customizations done in 12.2.7 to be intact in 12.2.15? Kindly share documents, guides or best practices?

Also, could you let know what all Functional and Technical activities must be ensured post patch application so that everything works as per regular business requirements and nothing breaks during the upgrade?
