Difference between "Compare instance" update and jas.ini file

Hi, We performed a Compare Instance" and found a difference between web environments. This discrepancy isn't directly visible in the instance "Web Runtime - Use Windows File Sharing",.. it's only visible within the "compare instance output" itself.

To correct this, we directly updated the jas.ini file on the web server.

After restarting, we performed the "Compare instance" again, and the difference persists, as if the jas.ini file isn't being updated.

Perhaps, there were other jas.ini file.?

Did we need another restart?

What could be causing the discrepancy to still appear in the comparison?
