getting error VBCP-LDKM-611 when trying to download attachments in KB450931

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

Hello There

I am unable to display or download any file/image links from KB450931. Each time I click a link, the following error message appears:

VBCP-LDKM-611 : Unable to load the article. You may not have permission to view this article, or the article number might be incorrect. Please contact your administrator for assistance.

Please assist in resolving this issue.
