When user try to create document for journal downloaded as xls only

We have a user when try to create document for journal, her user account downloaded as webadi.xls while other people downloaded as General Ledgers-journal.xlsm

Where in the setup that we can define to give this particular user access to create document? Would appreciate your help as month end closing is approaching this week. Thank you.
