FCCS Network Access Security Controls (Private Endpoint /IP Allow-Listing) and Custom URL Support

We are implementing Oracle FCCS in our OCI tenancy and would like clarification on the network security and URL customization capabilities available for the FCCS SaaS application.

Network Security Controls:

1. Does FCCS support Private Endpoint or private network-only access?
2. If Private Endpoint connectivity is not supported, does FCCS support IP Allow Listing / IP Whitelisting to restrict access to approved corporate networks?
3. If IP Allow Listing is supported:
   What is the implementation process?
   What information must be provided by the customer?
   Does the allow list apply to both end-user access and API/integration traffic?
   What Oracle-recommended alternatives exist to restrict FCCS access to trusted corporate networks only?
