HFM 11.2.25 - Unable to Configure Additional Description Languages / Alias-like Fields (Invalid Lang

Hello Oracle Support,

We are using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) 11.2.25 Classic.

Our application is currently configured with English as the description language. We have a business requirement to maintain additional display names for members (similar to Short Name, Long Name, and Spanish) for use in Financial Reporting (FR), Smart View, and HFM grids.

During metadata extraction, we noticed that the Metadata Extract Utility allows adding additional entries under the Languages section. We added "Short" and updated the metadata as shown below:

English=CAJAGENERALShort=Cash

However, during metadata import, HFM returns the following error:

Line: 1821Error: Invalid language. Description ignored.>>>>>> Short=Cash
