P48012 not in our E1 9.2 system

Hello,

I have a request to look into using P48012 for Parent Child functionality. We are on E1 9.2.8 (full Apps and Tools upgrade June 2024). Even in OMW, P48012 does not appear in the list of objects. This seems quite odd. Is there a specific industry/purpose for P48012 that requires a specific ESU to be installed? We are a CPG manufacturer/distributor using Forecasting/MRP/Work orders to produce products and have been using JDE since 2004. I haven't seen a situation where what seems to be a core object is not included.
