Getting an Billing Transaction Exception Error while generating revenue in Project Contracts

In oracle fusion Project I have created an expense cost and tried to generate revenue using rate based method but i am getting Billing Transaction Exception Error and the error message is not coming to verify the exact reason, All my setups are correct as i am facing this issue only with rate based method., Please help me in finding the solution
